These Terms of Service govern the use of MoneIT, available at moneyos-app-three.vercel.app. By using the service, you fully accept these terms.
MoneIT is a SaaS platform that provides personal finance management tools (Investment Tracker, Budget Tool, Net Worth and Goal), free after registration. MoneIT Clubs Premium, a paid social investing service, is also available.
To use MoneIT you need to create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity carried out through your account. In case of unauthorized access, contact support immediately at moneyoshelp@gmail.com.
After registration, the 4 tools (Investment Tracker, Budget Tool, Net Worth and Goal) are free indefinitely, with no credit card required. Anyone who activates MoneIT Clubs Premium is entitled to a free trial period of 3 months (90 days); at the end, unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically at the stated price.
Prices include VAT. MoneIT reserves the right to change prices with 30 days' notice via email.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically at expiry (monthly or annual), charging the registered payment method, unless cancelled beforehand. You will receive a receipt by email with each renewal.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Manage subscription" section in the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: access to the service remains active until that date. No refunds are given for partial periods already billed.
No refunds are given for subscriptions already activated, except in exceptional cases evaluated at MoneIT's discretion. To request a refund, write to moneyoshelp@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge.
You agree to use MoneIT exclusively for personal and lawful purposes. It is forbidden to:

MoneIT is committed to ensuring maximum service availability, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Any interruptions for maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
Financial data entered into the tools (budget, investments, etc.) is saved in your browser and, for users with an active account, synced and stored on MoneIT's cloud servers (Supabase) so it can be retrieved across multiple devices. Access is reserved exclusively to you through authentication. While we adopt appropriate security measures and backups, we recommend keeping a copy of your most important data. The processing of this data is described in the Privacy Policy.
MoneIT provides personal finance management support tools for purely informational purposes. It does not offer financial, tax or legal advice. Financial decisions remain your sole responsibility. MoneIT is not liable for any financial losses arising from use of the service.
All content, code, design and trademarks of MoneIT are the exclusive property of MoneIT and are protected by copyright law. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is forbidden.
MoneIT reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. Users will be notified by email with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the court of residence of the service owner.
